LITE UP THE WORLD: Like Father Like Son… in more ways than one

In 2003, Mac Nichol went to Lexington, picked out a pacing colt and bought him. His name was American Ideal. He made Mac almost $1 million on the track and then became one of the sport’s great sires. In 2023, Mac was back in Lexington, where he picked out and bought a son of American Ideal, and after the sire sadly passed away a few months later, Lite Up The World has been doing just that for Mac, while showing talent that would make his daddy proud.
