A year after Mark Steacy took on a group of new owners as part of the SBOA’s Mentorship Program, Steacy and Howard Pearce put together a fractional ownership group by the name of LandMark Stables.
With an annual slight change of membership the group has owned pieces of horses like Harper Blue Chip ($943,892) and Hello Love ($258,222), but more importantly, they’ve introduced many people to the ownership side of our sport. Meet some of the people behind LandMark 14, the most recent group in one of racing’s most successful fractional ownership stables. Compiled by TROT staff.
