Joe Tulino grew up in Brampton, Ontario playing hockey and lacrosse, and only learned about horse racing at a later age while watching it on TV. He quickly became a racetrack regular but still had never been anywhere near a horse until he met trainer Corey Johnson at the races one night. Just three short years after doing his first catch-paddock for Johnson - on a night when he had very little idea as to what he was doing - Joe is now the caretaker of Metro Pace winner and O’Brien Award favourite Stockade Seelster.
