TheRulesofRacingoftheAlcoholandGamingCommissionofOntarioineffectatthetimetheraceiscontestedshall governthisraceandany
andallentriestotheracewillbereceivedonlywiththeunderstandingandontheagreementof thesubscriberthattheRulesofRacinggovern,
andthatthefollowingadditionalconditionsapply.
1. A maximumof eight(8) horseswillstart in each elimination and the final.In the event that there are nine (9) orfewer declared
startersforthese events,theywillbe contestedas a singlefinal dash, without eliminations.
2. EliminationWinnerstoDrawforthe InsidePost Positionsin theFinal:Ifthe eliminations are contested inthe week priorto the Final,
post positionsin the Finalwill be determined byan open drawwith the exception thattheElimination winnersin an order determined
bylot, will draw for post positions number one (#1)through five (#5)in the final. All otherfinalistswill be placed in an open drawfor
the remaining post positions.
3. All horsesmust be declared to startin the eliminationraces, by the regular box closing date and time.
4. The top (8)finishersin the eliminations and two also eligibleswill automaticallybe drawn into the final.
5. All ties will be drawn by lot.
6. There must be five (5) ormore starters declared to start orthe race will be declared off and all money returned as paid.
7. Purse distribution: 50 per cent, 25 per cent, 12 per cent, 8 per cent, 5 per cent.
8. All nomination and starting fees will be added to the final.
9. Allracesto be raced over a distance of one mile (1609 M).
10. Ontario Siredmeans bred by a sire that wasregistered in theOntarioSireStakes programin the year ofthe breeding.
11. U.S.Fundswillbeacceptedatthe feesdesignatedonthe stake conditions.U.S.fundswillbe converted toCanadian fundswhen
deposited to the bank.U.S.fundswill be converted atWEG’sinternallypublishedbuyingrate forUSdollars.
12. To be raced pendingapprovalofrace datesbythe AGCO.
