Trot Insider has learned that former Free-For-All trotter Fax Machine passed away at the age of 26.

Campaigned by Russell and John Bax, the Balanced Image-Seconds Ahead gelding earned 28 wins, 35 seconds and 26 thirds in 160 starts during his eight-year career while banking over $600,000 in purses. Most remarkably, the trotter didn't start racing until he was a four-year-old.

Fax Machine competed against Bax's Hall Of Fame trotter Goodtimes as well as the likes of Billyjojimbob, No Sex Please, Earl, Ramerizi, S Js Photo, Armbro Marshall and Glorys Comet throughout his career.

Please join Standardbred Canada in offering condolences to the connections of Fax Machine.
