
Sarnia, Ont.'s Hiawatha Horse Park will have some regular outdoor grillin,’ so head on down to the Adrenaline Cookhouse to get your hometown
country fillin.’
The food selections at Adrenaline this summer will be just as stellar as its events. The festival will be showcasing a number of vendors with varying specialties, from pizza, to burgers to chicken and more.
One of Adrenaline's featured festival foods are ribs. Consequently, award winning rib vendors have been selected to contend for the attention of your taste buds. They are veterans of North America’s biggest rib festivals, and now they have come to Adrenaline to amaze you with their succulent sauces and tender cuts of meat.
One of the Adrenaline rib vendors is the world renowned 'Camp 31.' This BBQ catering team has founded its reputation upon serving the best southern BBQ. Its formula, which involves slowly smoking their ribs over hickory logs, has sent them all across the U.S. and Canada to win them numerous rib contests.
Daytona, Florida’s 'Hawgs Gone Wild' will also be competing at Adrenaline. It has been satisfying the taste buds of Canadians for three years and was recently named the winner of the Pickering Ribfest.
Another Florida-based rib wrangler is the award winning 'Bibb’s BBQ,' a powerful contender which has become a regular at Canada’s top rib festivals. Finally, 'Thirsty Cactus' will use its premium pork and sultry southern sauce to further the competition at Adrenaline.
The 'ribbers' will be cooking all weekend at Adrenaline. You can catch them as early as 5:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, noon on Saturday and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday.
