The 50-cent Pick 5 went unsolved at the Red Mile on Saturday night, which has resulted in a $4,655 carryover heading into the track’s Sunday night (August 13) card of racing.
Track officials, in conjunction with the United States Trotting Association's Strategic Wagering Program, have placed an 'instant' guarantee of $15,000 on the total pool for Sunday.
The 50-cent Pick 5 is a nightly wager covering Races 2-6, and offers a reduced takeout of only fifteen per cent.
The standard Sunday night Pick 4 will also offer a $5,000 guaranteed pool covering races 7 - 10.
