Hodgins Named HOF Anthem Singer

Cassandra Hodgins of London, Ont. has been selected to sing the Canadian national anthem at the annual Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Fund

raising Dinner, which will take place Thursday, August 27 at the Mississauga Convention Centre in Mississauga, Ont.

The Induction Ceremony & Fundraising Dinner features entertainment and a Silent Auction in celebration of the 2009 inductees Alywow, Keith Clark, La Voyageuse, Maryfield, Peteski, Rich N Elegant, Gustav Schickedanz and Somebeachsomewhere.

The Canadian national anthem then kicks off the formal program guided by master of ceremonies, Jim Bannon.
