The Ontario Harness Horse Association (OHHA) wishes to advise all grooms on OHHA’s Life/Health/Dental benefits under the Caretakers’ Premium Assistance program that Eligibility Check forms were sent out in early July.
This check ensures that grooms on the plan continue to be eligible for OHHA to pay their benefits. The forms must be returned by Friday, August 17. Grooms who do not return this form to OHHA will have their benefits terminated.
