Atlantic Sires Stake action continues Thursday evening in Summerside during Governor’s Plate Week with the rookie colts taking the track.
Three “A” Divisions will line up behind the gate, each for a purse of $9,080, and two “B” Divisions will square off for a purse of $2,500 apiece.
Racing action continues Friday when the three-year-old pacing fillies meet for the third time in ATSS action and the three-year-old colts will have their first ATSS action on Saturday.
Points earned in each Atlantic Sires Stakes trotting event and 'A' division pacing event go towards earning a spot in the season-ending Atlantic Breeders Crown Championships.
