Harry Locke Passes

Trot Insider has learned that longtime Standardbred racehorse owner Harry Locke of Oshawa, Ont. passed away peacefully on July 4, 2019 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.

Harry, 88, was a loving friend to many and the beloved partner of Beverley. He was predeceased by his sister, Vera Lewchuk, and survived by five daughters, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Harry’s family would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude for the care and compassion of the 4F Supportive Care staff.

Arrangements, including a private service, were entrusted to Mount Lawn Funeral Home.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
