Ontario newcomer Karen Peloquin is tonight’s guest on the Tarmac Chat at Grand River Raceway

The 27-year-old Quebec native is currently ranked third and fifth in earnings and wins, respectively, in the Grand River trainer standings. Her top performer at the Elora, Ont. oval is Dash Car, a winner of 33 races from 77 career starts, which she co-owns with driver Dan Potvin.
Peloquin is a lifelong horsewoman, schooled in show horses at her family’s breeding farm in Quebec. She fell in love with standardbreds while studying equine science at Institut de Technologie Agroalimentaire in La Pocatière, Que.
