The 'I Love Canadian Harness Racing' Fan Club, along with the team from Grand River Raceway, is heading to the much-anticipated Outdoor Equine Expo this weekend (June 8-10) at the Iron Horse Equestrian Complex in Burlington, Ont.!
There is so much to see and do at this year’s expo, including clinics with top international coaches, live equestrian demonstrations, seminars covering the latest hot topics in the industry, interactive learning experiences, and shopping at the fantastic trade show! Not to mention the ever-popular Extreme Cowboy Race -- a timed and judged race through an obstacle course that is designed to push horse and rider teams to the limit, testing communication between horse and rider, horsemanship skills, and athletic abilities!
As an exclusive addition to this year’s show, Kelly Spencer and Darryl MacArthur will be screening RACE DAY, a short documentary about Harness Racing 'shot by the people who love it, live it and breathe it' for the enjoyment of all expo guests on Sunday afternoon! Following the screening, Spencer and MacArthur will be leading a discussion about the impact of the racing industry on the entire equine community!
The Fan Club will have I Love Canadian Harness Racing merchandise for purchase, swag prize draws, TROT and T4K magazines, and a free gift for the first 100 people to sign up!
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and can be purchased at the gate (cash only)! Children under 6 years of age are free of charge!
