British Columbia Standardbred racing participants are being reminded that stakes payments will be due on Thursday, July 2.
Stakes payments can be paid with debit or credit card using SC Stakes Online. A video tutorial is available to help you get started.
Payment information and stakes conditions can be viewed on the Online Stakes Guide by clicking here or on the name of each stakes race.
If you did not receive notification of payment, a generic stakes form can be used to submit payments by mail. It can be located by clicking here.
Some details regarding the BC stakes payments that are due on July 2 appear below.
BC Bred Stake
Three-year-old payment - $150
Two-year-old payment - $100
Yearling nomination - $50
BC Open Stakes (Penny Bath/Keith Linton)
Yearling nomination - $10
BC Sale Stake
Two-year-old payment - $100

Envelopes must be clearly post-marked on or before Thursday, July 2 to be accepted, despite inadequacies of the postal system.
