The Cecil Ladner Memorial Racing Series is scheduled for Saturday, June 14 and Saturday, June 21 at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.
Ladner, an original member of the Board of Directors for Harness Racing PEI, was an avid supporter of harness racing. Family and friends maintain a strong connection to the industry as owners. The ninth annual Cecil Ladner Memorial Pacing Series is one of the opening events on the Maritime Invitational Circuit.
The nomination deadline is June 9 with a $200 nomination fee. For more information, contact Red Shores’ race office at 902-629-6634.
The series an Open pace for horses, geldings, fillies and mares that are three years old and older. There are no allowances for age.
