Trot Insider has learned that officials with Dresden Raceway have been forced to cancel the track’s card of live racing that was scheduled for today (Sunday, June 16).
Both the qualifying session and the 11-race pari-mutuel card have been cancelled due to unsafe track conditions.
A trio of $5,000 splits of the Mark Austin Memorial Pacing Series had been scheduled to head postward throughout the card.
Trot Insider has yet to hear of any information regarding a make-up date or rescheduling of the Mark Austin races, but will convey the information when it is made available.
Dresden's next program of live racing is scheduled for Sunday, June 23.
