On Friday, April 3, management from Northside Downs announced that the track would be cancelling its previously announced race dates in May due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Northside had four dates scheduled for the month of May, including the season opener on Saturday, May 9, with subsequent cards originally slated for May 16, May 23 and May 30.
