Standardbred horseman Marc Aubin, 86, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, February 28, 2020 in Hospice Care in Boynton Beach, Florida.
Aubin was so passionate about horses and fought to the end to live, but was finally able to have the rest he deserved. Thanks to everyone who rooted for him and sent their love and support.
Aubin was a member of the FSBOA, USTA and Standardbred Canada, and was also a past member of the FSBOA Board of Directors. He was inducted into the Florida chapter of the United States Harness Writers Association Hall of Fame in 2012.
Aubin trained horses most of his life in Pompano Beach, Florida, but also raced in Canada and Illinois.
A funeral service will take place on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 2 p.m. at the Emmanuel Catholic Church, which is located at 15700 S Military Trail in Delray Beach, Florida
