SC’s March 15 Stakes Payment Notice

Standardbred Canada would like to remind owners and trainers that stakes payments are due on Monday, March 15.

Stakes payments can be paid with debit or credit card using SC Stakes Online until midnight March 15, 2021. A video tutorial is available to help you get started.

A generic stakes form can be used to submit payments by mail. It can be located by clicking here.

Two-Year-Old Nomination Payments:
• Brian Andrew Memorial $100 or $450 (see conditions for nomination fee details)

Two-Year-Old Sustaining Payments:
• Atlantic Sires Stakes - $100
• Barrieau McIsaac Stake - $200
• Dawn Bremner Memorial - $75
• PEI Colt Stakes (former Island Breeders) - $200
• Joe O'Brien Memorial - $100
• Lady Slipper Pace/Trot - $100
• Maritime Breeders - $200
• Maritimer - $125
• Nova Scotia Stake Pace/Trot - $100
• Milton Downey Memorial - $100

Horsepeople paying the Atlantic Sires Stakes sustaining payment must also pay the Atlantic Standardbred Breeders Association membership fee of $60 per-owner or $100 per racing stable per-year. If you have not already paid this fee in 2021, please remit it with your March 15 stakes payments.

British Columbia Stakes:
(Previously due February 15, 2021)
• BC Open (Keith Linton & Penny Bath)
-- Two-year-old sustaining payment - $200
-- Three-year-old sustaining payment - $300

Alberta Stakes:
• Bev Sears Memorial (4MP) - $200
• Ed Tracey Memorial (4H&GP) - $200

Payments that are mailed in must be postmarked by March 15, 2021. Please mail and make cheques payable to:

Payments can also be made by Interac (debit) or with a credit card via SC Stakes Online, until midnight Monday, March 15, 2021.
