Longtime harness racing industry participant David Clark Wright aka 'Buddy' Wright passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital in London, Ont., surrounded by his chosen family and friends, on February 3, 2020 in his 78th year.
Originally from Greenfield Park, Que., Buddy loved his race horses and golfing at Caradoc Sands in Strathroy. He will be remembered for taking lots of pictures and driving cab for Leos Taxi.
Best friend of 70 years to Ferg Murdoch. Loving Grandfather of Skylar, Cadance, Tristan and Xander Kroesbergen. Dear chosen father of Jessica Kroesbergen (Marcus Eberle) and his beloved dog Shadow. Predeceased by both parents Corporal Wilbur Wright and Alfreda Wright.
A cremation has taken place, and a celebration of his life will take place on February 29, 2020 at Caradoc Sands Golf Course, 24500 Saxton Rd, Strathroy, Ont. between 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. A special thanks to all the staff at Victoria Hospital for making this journey to the finish line a serene and tranquil moment.
