Equine Guelph is undertaking a two-year pilot project to offer free online courses to the horse racing industry. Equine Guelph will hire three Industry Ambassadors from each sector (Standardbred, Thoroughbred, and Quarter Horse) to be employed as liaisons and advocates for their sector from the beginning to the end of the pilot project.

INDUSTRY AMBASSADOR ROLE: Focus on the pilot courses offered exclusively to racing (gut health, respiratory and lameness/injuries) in these areas:

Content promotion – Distribute flyers and promote the courses to peers in your sector

Course participation – During the course offerings, you will act as a helper and encourage dialogue amongst students through seeding relevant, meaningful questions and comments in the portal discussion board as related to issues in your sector

Course content review – Help us determine how to make the courses better
HONORARIUM: Compensation for 65 hours in 2019 | 200 hours in 2020
