After Mother Nature took a 2-1 lead over Tote Malfunction in the category of “Why Did Yonkers Raceway Cancel?” it’s scheduled to be business as usual Monday night (Feb. 15).
Saturday night (Feb. 13) may not have been fit for man nor beast, but Monday’s Presidents’ Night program isn’t supposed to have such preemptions. It does, however, have a $10,000 guaranteed Pick 5 pool (50-cent base wager, races seven through 11), with program pages available for early homework at yonkersraceway.com.
Note that the holiday afternoon simulcasting is scheduled to include the return of Aqueduct (first post 12:50 p.m.), which has added this Thursday (Feb. 18, first post 12:50 p.m.) to make up for losing both Saturday and Sunday to the elements.
