On Oct. 6, 2025, Standardbred Canada (SC) announced the development and launch of its Electronic Equipment Card (EEC) program, which began on Nov. 1, 2025, at various tracks.
Standardbred Canada would like to remind trainers that all equipment changes must be submitted at least one hour prior to the first scheduled post time of the day, or a time prescribed by the Association. No equipment change may be made without approval. Any change that, in the opinion of the Judges, should be brought to the attention of the public will be communicated as promptly as possible.
All equipment changes will be documented through the Electronic Equipment Card (EEC) program.
