Officials with Monticello Raceway have announced that the qualifying session that was scheduled to take place at the track this week (on Wednesday, December 24) has been cancelled.
A release from the track states that the cancellation has come due to heavy rains.
The release also states that qualifiers will be postponed until the following week.
