The Standardbred Canada website is back online after having experienced a service interruption due to a technical issue.
Standardbred Canada’s IT Department has been working diligently with the SC website’s third-party host since the issue arose. Standardbred Canada did not lose any information during the outage.
During the website downtime, Standardbred Canada worked as quickly as it could to rectify the issue.
As part of a contingency plan that was executed by Standardbred Canada, a condensed version of the SC website was offered online during the outage. The condensed version of the website offered Standardbred Canada members progress reports on the issue, as well as continued access to entries, results and condition sheets. The condensed website also featured a reduced amount of industry news.
Standardbred Canada would like to apologize to all members and website visitors for the inconvenience that the service interruption has caused. SC appreciates the patience displayed by members and harness racing fans during the outage. Standardbred Canada continues to strive to deliver a world-class online experience.
