This afternoon’s Super Hi-5 jackpot at the Meadows stands at a robust $101,806.41 after the wager could not be offered during the track’s Tuesday program.
Wednesday’s pool was carried over from Tuesday, when the Super Hi-5 could not be offered. A scratch reduced Tuesday’s field below the minimum number of wagering interests required for the wager to be offered.
First post for Wednesday’s 13-race card will be at 1:05 p.m. The Super Hi-5 will be offered on the final race of the Meadows’ Wednesday card.
Also on Wednesday, the Meadows and the Meadows Standardbred Owners Association will host a holiday party in the racebook. All guests are invited to attend, enjoy free refreshments from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and play ‘Plinko.’ Prizes include a t-shirt, a mystery voucher, a race program and ‘Pick a Prize.’
