Those who participate in the Pennsylvania Harness Horsemen's Association‘s retirement plan are urged to visit the PHHA website and click the link to check their membership status.
If you check the website (pahha.com) and your name is not listed, the PHHA have not received your membership application for the 2015 racing season.
In order to remain eligible for retirement plan distributions, you must complete and submit a new membership application each year. If sending via mail, applications must be postmarked no later than Dec. 31, 2015.
However, members do not need to submit a new retirement plan application every year. That is a one-time application.
