The Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey has announced that, effective immediately, in order to qualify and receive awards for all SBOANJ-sponsored programs, individuals must be a member and have a current W-9 form on file.
The SBOANJ programs include the New Jersey-sired bonus awards and the New Jersey breeders’ awards.
No money will be released until all information is verified.
