As a result of the recent Standardbred Canada Election, here are the official results of the proposed By-law #1 and By-law #2 amendments that were proposed to membership for approval.

By-Law #1 amendments: Approved

By-Law #2 amendments: Approved
As per By-Law #1, Article 11.4: “No repeal or amendment of the By-Laws shall be enforced or acted upon until the approval of the Minister has been obtained.”
With the approval of membership, Standardbred Canada will submit the same to Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada requesting approval.
The 2019 Standardbred Canada Director Election and By-Law Vote was conducted by Simply Voting and the office of Grant Thornton acting as scrutineer.
