Speedy stakes winner Captain Trevor will move from the racetrack to the breeding shed for the 2021 harness racing season.
Farrier Acres Farm has announced that Captain Trevor (Captaintreacherous - It Was Fascination) will stand in Illinois, at its Arcola farm. The 2021 fee will be $2,500.
Captain Trevor is the first foal from his American Ideal dam, the second being his full brother Capt Midnight p,2,1:49.4; 3,1:48.3 ($551,567), making It Was Fascination the only mare to have her first two foals take sub-1:50 records as two-year-olds.
At two, Captain Trevor won the International Stallion Stake and an elimination of the Breeders Crown, winning six of nine starts. He took a mark of 1:49 as a sophomore and banked more than $238,000.
