Captain Trevor To Stand Stud

Speedy stakes winner Captain Trevor will move from the racetrack to the breeding shed for the 2021 harness racing season.

Farrier Acres Farm has announced that Captain Trevor (Captaintreacherous - It Was Fascination) will stand in Illinois, at its Arcola farm. The 2021 fee will be $2,500.

Captain Trevor is the first foal from his American Ideal dam, the second being his full brother Capt Midnight p,2,1:49.4; 3,1:48.3 ($551,567), making It Was Fascination the only mare to have her first two foals take sub-1:50 records as two-year-olds.

At two, Captain Trevor won the International Stallion Stake and an elimination of the Breeders Crown, winning six of nine starts. He took a mark of 1:49 as a sophomore and banked more than $238,000.
