Officials with Georgian Downs has released the details regarding the track's Hump Day Claiming Series.
The Hump Day Claiming Series is open to pacers non-winners of $30,000 lifetime as of October 31, 2012 (no allowances).
The nomination fee is $200. All nomination fees will be added to the final. Nominations close November 1, 2012 at midnight. There will not be a starting fee. All eligible horses must declare into both legs and the final.
- 1st leg – Wednesday November 14, 2012 – purse = $8,000
- 2nd leg – Wednesday November 21, 2012 – purse = $8,000
- (ALL HORSES MUST RACE FOR A CLAIM PRICE OF $10,000)
- Final – Wednesday November 28, 2012 – purse = $30,000 added (no claiming out of the final)
Nomination fee must accompany nominations. Cheques payable to:
