Officials with Dover Downs have announced that the track has been forced to cancel its scheduled card of live racing for Wednesday, January 21.
With snow falling, a weather forecast of possibly five inches of snow and hazardous driving conditions, Dover Downs has cancelled its Wednesday, January 21 racing program.
Thursday racing is scheduled to begin with a 4:30 p.m. first-race post time.
