With a successful 2018 in the books, and over $55,000 raised for local groups, clubs and charities, Clinton Raceway is making plans for the 2019 schedule.
"We currently have 13 dates available for fundraisers," states Marketing Manager, Jessica Carnochan. "We will be hosting Legends Day this year, and we've already scheduled the third annual Vic Hayter Memorial Trot for Sunday, July 21."
The Southwestern Ontario oval invites any interested parties to fill out an application, available on Clinton Raceway's website [⤤] and return by the end of January to be considered for a 2019 race day.
"Our season will once again run from Victoria Day though Labour Day with the exception of Sunday, June 2, 2019 (to accommodate for the Clinton Spring Fair)," mentions Carnochan. "We've seen a lot of new groups apply in the last few years, and we're welcoming any new additions this season as well. It's a great opportunity to reach a very large, attentive audience. Our race fans have come to expect a weekly bake sale, 50/50, BBQ, and any additional offerings during the event, they are very supportive of all our initiatives."
