Freehold Raceway reopens Friday, January 2 with an eleven-race card to kick off the 2015 racing season.
The 110-day racing schedule features racing Thursday through Saturday and also includes the addition of Monday racing the first seven weeks of the year. Post time will be 12:30 p.m throughout the meet.
Eric Abbatiello and Nick Surick will look to defend their respective driving and training titles.
The first qualifier of the meet will also be held on Friday with eight races beginning at 9:30 a.m. Qualifiers will return to Thursdays for the remainder of the meet. The draw schedule will be as follows: Thursdays will be drawn on Saturdays, Fridays will be drawn on Mondays, Saturdays will be drawn on Wednesdays, Mondays will be drawn on Thursdays.
