Crockets Cullen N prevailed for the second-consecutive week in the $15,000 Open Pace on Saturday night (Sept. 7) at Saratoga Casino Hotel.
Sitting off the speed, owner-driver Larry Stalbaum ranged the son of Christian Cullen into contention from second over. Stalbaum sent Crockets Cullen N after the faltering pacesetter to motor to a 1:52.3 victory over Hudson Phil closing for second. Century Endeavor finished third.

Crockets Cullen N paid $14.20 to win and led an exacta and triple that returned $51 and $137, respectively. Crockets Cullen N was one of two winners on the night for Stalbaum and trainer Tracy Tarantino, who teamed up for a victory with Lord Willoughby A in the $12,500 Winners Over Pace on Saturday.
Live racing continues on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 8 at Saratoga with a matinee beginning at 12 p.m.
