Centaur Given One Month

In Pennsylvania, racing commission chairman Roy Wilt, voting alone, has given Centaur Gaming one month to produce at least one new bidder for its Lawrence County racing license at Valley View Downs

.

If a lone bidder appears, he/she will be vetted by the commission. If there is more than one bidder, an auction will be overseen by the U.S. bankruptcy court in Delaware, where Centaur has filed for bankruptcy protection from creditors.

If no bidder is found, Centaur’s license “shall be automatically and immediately terminated, revoked and surrendered to the commission.”
