Kentucky License Renewals Due September 1

Applications to conduct racing and pari-mutuel wagering during calendar year 2023 are due to the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission before 4:30 p.m. EST on Sept. 1, 2022.

Each applicant must submit one original application, three paper copies and one digital copy in the form of digital media. Documents must be legible when scanned or merged. All applications must be submitted to the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission.
