Exhibition Park Raceway in Saint John will be the site of the Atlantic Mares Pacing Series as part of its 10-dash card presented by Horse Racing New Brunswick on Saturday at 2 p.m.
Two New Brunswick-owned fillies, Rose Valley and Ramblinglily, will take part in race number six on the matinee card. Aged mare track record holder at E.P.R., Dirt Track Momma will also start in the pace that has a purse of $5,350.
Racing has been quiet the last 10 days as horsemen and fans are coming off a busy Old Home Week in Prince Edward Island.
Saturday will also feature a $1,500 top class that includes the most dominant pacer in the province this season, J Rs Hurricane.
The next leg of the yearly handicapping challenge will also be hosted on Saturday, which sees the unofficial start to the Exhibition Week of racing in Saint John.
