If someone were to tell you that horsemen Rene Allard and Yannick Gingras will be front and centre on the History Channel would you believe them? Well, you should.
Both horsemen will be part of the new series ‘Des Chevaux Des Hommes Et Du Cash’ – which translates to ‘Horses, Men and Cash’ in English.
The series will air on ‘Historia,’ which is the French version of the ever-popular ‘History Channel.’
The series is scheduled to kick off on Wednesday, July 15 at 10 p.m. and will focus on the Standardbred industry in the province of Quebec.
Historia has uploaded a short preview of the series to its website. The preview runs 30 seconds long and has some live racing footage, auction footage and interviews with horsemen.
The preview for the series is available here:
Some of the screengrabs from the preview appear below.
I am very anxious to watch
I am very anxious to watch that series, I don't know who thought of that idea & if it shows how it really is in the industry of racing & how hard people work & how much they love their animal, it will be the best way to promote horse racing & get new people in the game & come to the race tracks, as so many people think that it is so hard to understand. It should have been done a long time ago. Good luck
