With a four-win performance on Friday night at Grand River Raceway, driver Jody Jamieson surged past Aaron Merriman to claim the top spot
among this year's dash winning drivers.
Jamieson's total for 2009 stands at 402 wins, just two ahead of Merriman - who has been leading the dash race for most of the year. Tim Tetrick (379), Dave Palone (363) and Jason Barlett (340) round out the top five.
Both Jamieson and Merriman will be in action south of the border today; Jamieson has five drives at the Meadowlands while Merriman has a full dance card over Northfield Park's 14-race program.
