A pair of two-year-olds will make their first lifetime starts this Saturday, June 22 at Exhibition Park Raceway.
Both of the freshman pacers hail from the barn of O'Brien Award winning horseman Gilles Barrieau.
In Race 1, Barrieau will debut Tobins Fusion, a son of Western Paradise who was impressive in his first-ever qualifying performance on June 9.
The second of Barrieau's debuting freshmen is Settlement Request, who has drawn Post 1 in Race 4. He is a son of Coastocoast Yankee out of the good race mare Bradelle.
Eleven races will comprise the Saturday EPR card, including the weekly top-class event (Race 11) which has drawn a field of seven. Last week's winner, Dusty Lane Oscar, who has been installed as the 5-2 morning-line favourite, will be looking to continue his winning ways from Post 1.
First-race post time is 1:00 p.m. Parking and admission is free.
