Ramblinglily, fresh off of two qualifiers, will make her four-year-old debut Saturday (June 21) at Exhibition Park Raceway.
Horse Racing New Brunswick will host to an eight-dash program at EPR that will include a $1,500 top-class dash.
Named Horse of the Year last season at EPR, Ramblinglily has drawn Post 2 for her seasonal debut. Allan Jones will guide the winner of more than $76,000 in purses. From 25 lifetime starts, Ramblinglily has only missed the top three on three occasions and sports a record of 1:56.1.
Ramblinglily was bred in New Brunswick by Moncton's Allan Jones and Normand Leger.
She will hook up with the hottest horse in New Brunswick, as J Rs Hurricane will be seeking his fourth consecutive victory. He was a winner last week in Fredericton and will have Lonny Stokes in the bike. Other starters in the card’s feature are Couleur Magnifique, Skippy, and Stare Down.
Racing will get underway at 2 p.m. on Saturday and free programs will be available later on this week on the HRNB website.
