"I missed Goalie Jeff in Grade 4, but I never missed another North America Cup so it's pretty special. We're going to have a big crowd here, lots of friends, and it's an honour to be in it. It would be even better to win it."

Local trainer David Menary discussed his 2014 Pepsi North America Cup starter Hes Watching with Trot Insider at the Tuesday, June 10 post draw at Mohawk Racetrack.

The American Ideal-Baberhood colt, who was the early season Spring Book favourite for Saturday's $1 million Pepsi North America Cup at Mohawk, finished second behind 1:48.4 winner Tellitlikeitis in last weekend's elimination round. With a last minute driver replacement in Tim Tetrick, he will start from post seven for the Canadian contingent of Menary Racing Inc., Brad Gray, Michael Guerriero and their newest Pennsylvania-based partner Muscara Racing Trust.

Good luck Dave, your colt will get respect with the "Bionic Man" driving.
