Sixdaysontheroad has proved to his Alberta-based connections that they made the correct decision when they shipped him to Ontario this past December

to knock heads with the best on the Woodbine Entertainment Group circuit. The son of Allamerican Native qualified back this morning at Mohawk Racetrack and made things look rather easy.

The 2010 Cam Fella Pacing Series winner took part in the morning's fifth race for trainer Gord Remmen and driver Paul MacDonell. After having started from Post 6, the four-year-old horse crossed over and was first to every call en route to an 11 and a half-length victory in 1:53.1. He cut the fractions in :27.4, :56.4 and 1:25.4 before coming home with a :27.2 kicker to cap off the mile.

From 26 career races, Sixdaysontheroad has won 16 times and finished off the board just three times. Since relocating to the Woodbine Entertainment Group circuit, the horse has won six of 12 races, has missed the board just twice, and has banked $130,560 of his $171,293 in overall earnings. He also lowered his mark to 1:50.4 with a January 23 victory over Woodbine Racetrack.

Earlier on the program, during the second race, 2009 Ontario Sires Stakes Super Final winner FBs Terror was making her second qualifying mile back for trainer Mario Macri and driver Scott Zeron. After sitting the pocket through the fractions, the three-year-old Western Terror filly finished third and was beaten more than eight lengths. The filly was individually-timed in 1:54.3. Three-year-old gelding Brodies Song, driven by his trainer, Rick Zeron, was victorious in 1:52.4.

Another notable three-year-old filly, this time a trotter, was also scheduled to put in her second qualifying mile of the season for trainer Dan Creighton and driver Trevor Ritchie. Although, Angostura was scratched from her scheduled tilt.
