Misty Memory N posted a new lifetime mark in Wednesday's (May 5) $10,000 featured distaff pace at Saratoga Casino Hotel, giving driver Jimmy Devaux his second consecutive feature at the Spa.
Sent off as the public's 4-5 top choice, the daughter of Real Desire cruised to an easy lead and never faced much of a challenge through her coast-to-coast 1:54.1 mile. Thats Incredible (Shawn Gray) closed into a :56.3 final half to finish second, while Hereslooknatyou N (Phil Fluet) earned show.
Trainer Brett Derue shared ownership of 20-time winner Misty Memory N, who was claimed out of Wednesday's race, with Steve Picarazzi and Scott Petillo.
Live racing at Saratoga will resume on Monday afternoon (May 10) with first post time scheduled for 12 noon.
