On Sunday (May 15) 2021 Horse of the Year Desperate Man hit millionaire status, Bulldog Hanover set a track and Canadian record and Rockyroad Hanover delivered as the favourite in their respective $25,000 eliminations of the Charles Juravinski Memorial Cup, formerly known as the Confederation Cup. Think you might need some darts to pick a winner in here. By far the deepest field to ever hit the flamboro oval in the 40+ years I’ve seen races there. It’ll be a good one!

I'm going with my heart on this pick, I'm taking Charlie May. Nevertheless who wins, this is a nice group of four year old's. After several attempts by four year old's competing in the cup, this group may equal or beat SomeBeachSomeWhere's track record in which he set as a three year old. The eliminations were a thrill to watch and the final looks to be that much more special on the fastest half-mile track in Canada.
