The Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) has approved the application made by Clinton Raceway Inc. to amend the 2025 race date schedule for Clinton Raceway.
The Clinton, Ont. track's 15-race date meet, which was originally scheduled to open on Sunday, May 18 and continue with racing on Sunday afternoons until the end of August, will now begin on Sunday, June 1 and extend into September.
Clinton Raceway has cancelled the race dates on Sunday, May 18 and Sunday, May 25 and added race dates on Sunday, Sept. 7 and Sunday, Sept. 14 to the schedule.
The application for amendment to the 2025 race date schedule was reviewed by Ontario Racing and Ontario Lottery and Gaming and recommendations for approval of the changes were received from both organizations.
The approved changes to the 2025 race date schedule are also conditional upon approval by the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency.
