On Monday, April 7, Nebraska State Senators voted 30-17 in favour of adding a constitutional amendment on the November 4 ballot. The amendment will ask voters whether they think ‘Instant Racing,’ otherwise known as ‘Historical Racing,’ should be legalized.
A report on omaha.com states that Senator Rick Kolowski provided the swing vote after having voted against the initiative last week.
The article has cited Senator Kolowski as being against Instant Racing, but that he thinks people need a chance to decide the issue on their own.
