According to a report which cites sources close to the situation, there is a front-runner in the process to name a lessee for New Jersey's Monmouth Park
.
An article on nj.com states that New York real estate developer Morris Bailey is expected to be awarded the five-year lease for the thoroughbred raceway.
The report cites the sources as saying that it is expected that approval for Bailey’s bid will be completed in a week to 10 days.
